Two Easy Slow-Cooker Crockpot Casseroles
By Jenna Pope
Below I have listed two easy casserole recipes, Kielbasa Casserole and Green Bean Casserole. Both take less than 30 minutes to put together, and you can either make them the night before or in the morning, plug in the crockpot and let them cook. In the evening you'll have a readymade casserole when you walk in the front door from work, and it will seem like you have been cooking all day -- because you have, in your crockpot or slow cooker.
Kielbasa Casserole
Ingredients:
Pam cooking spray
1 32-oz. bag of frozen Ore-Ida Potatoes O'brien

1 Package Kielbasa (can substitute with low-fat Kielbasa)
Directions:
Lightly spray crockpot dish with Pam cooking spray.
Cut Kielbasa into small slices. Set aside.
Shred 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Set aside.
Layer crockpot with potatoes, soup, cheese, and Kielbasa until full.
Put lid on crockpot and let cook on LOW for 4 hours.
